He graduated from Macedonia Technological Institute in Greece and from the university of Lincolnshire and Humberside in the UK with a degree in Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness & business administration. In 1997 he moved to Paris, France where attended food and pastry courses, taught by some of the top Chefs worldwide. After his returning to Greece chef Louis Chrisostomou opened a number of successful restaurants and bars and became a TV Chef on a entertainment TV show. He became Chef Lecture at the Hellenic University of Tourism Education where he was delivering professional cookery & pastry tutoring at level 4 standards for more than 17 years. Over the years Louis has been honored with many awards for his services to the restaurant and tourism industry
He came to the UK in 2007 for a six month period but which turned out to be a much longer period.
Chef Louis is the founder of the bespoke catering business “Lamda Delta” and he specialized in Greek and Mediterranean cuisine.
